Great professional service! D&J Airport Taxi service provided a minibus (9 seater as we were 5 passengers + lots of luggage and we struggle with a normal 7 seater taxi) for return Airport transfer from Herts to Heathrow. Booking was very easy through WhatsApp. We had an answer to our enquiry within a few hours, the quite was competitive and the customer service excellent. On the day, the car was on time, as spacious as we hoped and very clean. Driver was friendly and professional and accommodated a short stop at the atm. No extra hidden charges. We really liked the service and the convenience of just being dropped and picked up at the terminal without having to worry about parking. We’ll definitely use again :) ~ Roberta C

This is my go to taxi company. Would highly recommend them. They are always on time, cars are clean and in good condition and the communication is very good, letting you know all the details of arrival time to driver, car type and driver contact information. I travel a lot for work and it can be last minute but D&J Airport transfers have always accommodated. Booking is easy through the app and if you need to speak to a person then there is always someone available at the office. Even if I'm running late the team and the drivers are always very patient and understanding. They will always try to help make the journey go as smoothly as possible. ~ Reena S

Over many years we have used a number of cab companies but found the airport pick up a major issue by not turning up on time, going to wrong terminal or not helping with luggage. This time we did a lot of research & found D & J Airport Transfers. They have a 5 Star rating so we booked them for our Gatwick transfer. There prices are very competitive & they were fantastic. They arrived at our home on time & got us to the airport in good time. On the return trip we were collected by Glaucio who was waiting for us close to airport arrivals (first time ever we have not needed to wait for a driver). He was very polite & helpful & drove us home in a very nice BMW. The entire experience was very smooth & stress free. This is a company I've come across, while having difficulty to book a taxi two days before my travel to the airport. The operator was a very kind ladyy, very composed and helpful. Has explained how things will be working, and indeed, all was as I was told. I have received confirmation of my booking via email and SMS after I've booked. The night before I have got the message regarding the car model and driver's name. Before collection, I was notified when the car was dispatched. Driver was on time and courteous. Price was the best out of all quotations. What else could I ask for? Extremely pleased. I have booked the return as well and I will continue using this lovely company. ~ Radu I

Needed a cab from my daughter's house to Heathrow a combination of our bags being to big for her car and it breaking down. She gave me D&J from local recommendations, I exchanged a few emails to make sure their service was what I wanted, mostly about which car and my larger bag. All emails were answered promptly and helped with my decision making. After confirming I received a SMS with the details and on the morning for the pick up the driver details all arrived by SMS too. The driver called me around 10 minutes before pick up, apologised that he was running late because of traffic, he was less than 3 minutes past the allotted time so no problem at all. Car was immaculately clean, the driver Santhuru was friendly and professional. I'd have no hesitation in booking again when I am next in the UK. EDIT. We recently used D&J airport transfer service for our airport transfers to and from London Gatwick airport. We had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them. They were professional at all times during the booking process, they arrived promptly and even provided car seats for my two children so we didn’t have to worry about taking ours on holiday. D&J airport transfers really took any worry and stress away when it came to getting to and from the airport in the middle of the night both times! This review is from January We used this wonderful service in January and we couldn't be more pleased. The person we spoke to on the phone was so pleasant and answered all my questions. We received a text a day before with our drivers name (nice touch) Renato our driver arrived promptly at 5am, very polite gentlemen and his car was immaculate. He took us to the airport safely and even picked us up. The company communicated with us whilst we were on holiday to confirm the return trip! We have just returned from holiday and used this fantastic company for a return trip to and from Gatwick Airport. Again both drivers were spot on time and assisted us with our luggage. Both were extremely professional and caring. Amazing service .....would highly recommend. Abel arrived with time to spare to take us to the airport. We was updated on when he had arrived with the details of his vehicle. He was very friendly polite and helpful. On our return home we received a friendly message stating he was already waiting to pick us up, considering we arrived home half an hour earlier than expected. A brilliant taxi service from Gatwick airport. Our driver Daniel was so sociable and friendly, he was also our driver for our return journey which was brilliant for our family. A booster seat was provided and even peppermints to keep the kids amused. A very comfortable vehicle with sufficient space for our family of four and luggage. Juliana who managed our booking was extremely communicative and always available which was reassuring. Fantastic service - on time, efficient, lovely drivers, clean cars, and quick but safe driving! Daniel drove me to Gatwick very early in the morning and was incredibly nice; Alvaro picked me up from Gatwick later in the week and heroically waited for two hours because of my flight delay. You do have to pay parking charges if that happens, but it's fair and completely worth it to know you'll be taken care of so well once you're in the car. Will definitely use D&J again! ~ Eleanor F

Simple to book taxi to airport. We were given 2 options of vehicle. Driver (I think it was Diogo?) was early, waited patiently and then helped with cases. Clean vehicle. Despite slow congested traffic, Diogo was relaxed and offered us a bottle of water and was easy to talk to. Again, the driver helped with cases at the end. I have been using another taxi firm for years and they are also very good but I will be moving to D & J for now after this experience. 👍 ~ Richard S

Excellent impeccable service as always. Used numerous times for Gatwick Airport and London City Airport pick up and returns all different times early hours of morning etc late at night from Bromley area. Always extremely reliable, informative from booking to pick up never a issue. Professional drivers, courteous, safe, immaculate executive vehicles are always pristine. I was looking for a taxi driver that could provide extra service as I needed my elderly parents - who only speaks Italian- to be picked up from the airport. D&J company provided a great service. I ordered a taxi to and from London Gatwick for my cyprus holiday this year. They also accommodated me to take my own baby car seat and they kept it in their office till my return for my return taxi. Great service! Booking was super easy, and the ride to Gatwick with Evaldo was smooth and really pleasant. He was very kind and friendly, and we had some great chats along the way. Apologies for this late review. I booked In November for a car to take me to Heathrow airport very early in the morning. The driver was so courteous and friendly. Apologies for not remembering his name, he came from Brazil. The journey was so smooth, I didn’t realise we had arrived. I would definitely use this company again.
