Clients reviews about D&J Airport Transfers

If I could give 6 stars or more, I absolutely would! I have now used D&J Airport Transfer twice, booking both journeys just a day in advance, and the service was amazing both times. For my return journey, I had Diogo as my driver. He arrived exactly on time and was incredibly patient when my flight was delayed and then my bags took another 30 minutes to come through. He was polite, helpful and so friendly. I usually prefer a quiet journey, but Diogo was so lovely that we ended up chatting all the way home - he made the journey back so pleasant! Thank you, Diogo, and thank you to D&J Airport Transfer for such a fantastic service. I honestly couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. I will definitely be booking with you again for my next flight. Amazing service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ~ Antra O

Great professional service! D&J Airport Taxi service provided a minibus (9 seater as we were 5 passengers + lots of luggage and we struggle with a normal 7 seater taxi) for return Airport transfer from Herts to Heathrow. Booking was very easy through WhatsApp. We had an answer to our enquiry within a few hours, the quite was competitive and the customer service excellent. On the day, the car was on time, as spacious as we hoped and very clean. Driver was friendly and professional and accommodated a short stop at the atm. No extra hidden charges. We really liked the service and the convenience of just being dropped and picked up at the terminal without having to worry about parking. We’ll definitely use again :) ~ Roberta C

Excellent customer service from the first contact till the very ending. I travelled from Heathrow Airport to home with driver Jesse Zotti. He was amazing! Everything went smoothly and well. Recomendo muito a empresa, super atenciosos e gentis desde de o primeiro contato ate o final. Jesse foi meu motorista, muito gentil ,prestativo e competente. ~ Viviane F

Over many years we have used a number of cab companies but found the airport pick up a major issue by not turning up on time, going to wrong terminal or not helping with luggage. This time we did a lot of research & found D & J Airport Transfers. They have a 5 Star rating so we booked them for our Gatwick transfer. There prices are very competitive & they were fantastic. They arrived at our home on time & got us to the airport in good time. On the return trip we were collected by Glaucio who was waiting for us close to airport arrivals (first time ever we have not needed to wait for a driver). He was very polite & helpful & drove us home in a very nice BMW. The entire experience was very smooth & stress free. We highly recommend this company & will definately use again for future airport transfers. Very satisfied customers Roger & Barbara South East London ~ Roger

This is my go to taxi company. Would highly recommend them. They are always on time, cars are clean and in good condition and the communication is very good, letting you know all the details of arrival time to driver, car type and driver contact information. I travel a lot for work and it can be last minute but D&J Airport transfers have always accommodated. Booking is easy through the app and if you need to speak to a person then there is always someone available at the office. Even if I'm running late the team and the drivers are always very patient and understanding. They will always try to help make the journey go as smoothly as possible. ~ Reena S

This is a company I've come across, while having difficulty to book a taxi two days before my travel to the airport. The operator was a very kind ladyy, very composed and helpful. Has explained how things will be working, and indeed, all was as I was told. I have received confirmation of my booking via email and SMS after I've booked. The night before I have got the message regarding the car model and driver's name. Before collection, I was notified when the car was dispatched. Driver was on time and courteous. Price was the best out of all quotations. What else could I ask for? Extremely pleased. I have booked the return as well and I will continue using this lovely company. ~ Radu I

Amazing Airport Private Transfers in Bromley - We have been usuing D&J Airport Transfers for a while but recently used it for a family service and Alvaro provided an exceptional service. My family were really impressed by his professionalism while driving them all to the airport, the excellent service he provided through the journey till being perfectly on time at the airport. Not to forget that being a Spanish speaker was a plus 😊 Will definitely keep using this company for many more years, not only for the overall great service they offer, as for the fantastic qualified drivers they work with. ~ Blanca P

Needed a cab from my daughter's house to Heathrow a combination of our bags being to big for her car and it breaking down. She gave me D&J from local recommendations, I exchanged a few emails to make sure their service was what I wanted, mostly about which car and my larger bag. All emails were answered promptly and helped with my decision making. After confirming I received a SMS with the details and on the morning for the pick up the driver details all arrived by SMS too. The driver called me around 10 minutes before pick up, apologised that he was running late because of traffic, he was less than 3 minutes past the allotted time so no problem at all. Car was immaculately clean, the driver Santhuru was friendly and professional. I'd have no hesitation in booking again when I am next in the UK. EDIT. Back visiting UK, airport run and again excellent professional service from both D&J and their designated driver Fernanda. ~ Ian B

This review is from January We used this wonderful service in January and we couldn't be more pleased. The person we spoke to on the phone was so pleasant and answered all my questions. We received a text a day before with our drivers name (nice touch) Renato our driver arrived promptly at 5am, very polite gentlemen and his car was immaculate. He took us to the airport safely and even picked us up. The company communicated with us whilst we were on holiday to confirm the return trip! Honestly I have no faults and we will be using them in July and August. ~ Charles A

We recently used D&J airport transfer service for our airport transfers to and from London Gatwick airport. We had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them. They were professional at all times during the booking process, they arrived promptly and even provided car seats for my two children so we didn’t have to worry about taking ours on holiday. D&J airport transfers really took any worry and stress away when it came to getting to and from the airport in the middle of the night both times! Thanks so much for a wonderful service we will certainly use you again. ~ Sophie B

We have just returned from holiday and used this fantastic company for a return trip to and from Gatwick Airport. Again both drivers were spot on time and assisted us with our luggage. Both were extremely professional and caring. I highly recomend them and will be using them again soon as it is refreshing to know a company that goes the extra mile to ensure the stress of travelling to and from the Airport is removed. My family have also used them and have received the same first class experience...... Huge thanks again.... Craig Anderson ~ Craig A

Amazing service .....would highly recommend. Abel arrived with time to spare to take us to the airport. We was updated on when he had arrived with the details of his vehicle. He was very friendly polite and helpful. On our return home we received a friendly message stating he was already waiting to pick us up, considering we arrived home half an hour earlier than expected. The service we recieved was excellent from booking our airport transfer to be collected from the airport Would highly recommend this company 5+ stars. Thank you ~ Jeanine H

A brilliant taxi service from Gatwick airport. Our driver Daniel was so sociable and friendly, he was also our driver for our return journey which was brilliant for our family. A booster seat was provided and even peppermints to keep the kids amused. A very comfortable vehicle with sufficient space for our family of four and luggage. Juliana who managed our booking was extremely communicative and always available which was reassuring. The prices were fair and competitive, definitely worth talking to Juliana before you look anywhere else! ~ English w

I contacted D&J online and was assisted by Julianna and Daniel, they were very easy to deal with and super helpful with all my questions, queries and requests. They took all the stresses away from my thoughts, their communication and customer service were second to none. The vehicles were clean inside and out and the driver was friendly, helpful and drove safely. I highly recommend D&J and I will only use these moving forward. Thank you so much guys for making our lives easier. ~ JJ M

Finally!!! A London airport transfer service you can trust! We’ve been living in London for two years and have gone through numerous unprofessional airport transfer companies who care nothing more than to just gouge you. We’ve were very lucky to find D&J as they are always easy to book, punctual, reasonably priced, friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you D&J for being the shining star in a sea of unscrupulous airport transfer businesses. ~ Christopher W

Excellent impeccable service as always. Used numerous times for Gatwick Airport and London City Airport pick up and returns all different times early hours of morning etc late at night from Bromley area. Always extremely reliable, informative from booking to pick up never a issue. Professional drivers, courteous, safe, immaculate executive vehicles are always pristine. Would not consider using any other company. D & J Airport Transfer is a superior professional company. ~ Richard

Simple to book taxi to airport. We were given 2 options of vehicle. Driver (I think it was Diogo?) was early, waited patiently and then helped with cases. Clean vehicle. Despite slow congested traffic, Diogo was relaxed and offered us a bottle of water and was easy to talk to. Again, the driver helped with cases at the end. I have been using another taxi firm for years and they are also very good but I will be moving to D & J for now after this experience. 👍 ~ Richard S

Fantastic service - on time, efficient, lovely drivers, clean cars, and quick but safe driving! Daniel drove me to Gatwick very early in the morning and was incredibly nice; Alvaro picked me up from Gatwick later in the week and heroically waited for two hours because of my flight delay. You do have to pay parking charges if that happens, but it's fair and completely worth it to know you'll be taken care of so well once you're in the car. Will definitely use D&J again! ~ Eleanor F

I booked airport pickup limousines in two consecutive days - day 1 my driver was Alvaro. We arrived at LHR on time, waited 2 hrs at Arrivals only to be told my friend was arriving the next day. Alvaro was very patient, proactive and very helpful. Day 2 - my driver was Diogo. All went to plan but his care and attention was exemplary. I would definitely use D&J Airport transfers again and highly recommend. ~ Julia M

I recently booked D&J Airport transfer for my 17 years old daughter for a drop off at stansted airport and was very impressed . The booking process was easy, was very trust worthy the driver arrived on time in a clean vehicle, providing a comfortable and safe ride. The customer service was excellent; they quickly addressed my questions. I highly recommend D&J Airport Transfer for reliable transportation. I’ll definitely use them again! ~ Kimmy b

Gustavo we have to say was one of the best drivers we have ever met. He is very friendly, professional, even waited for us in the terminal, we had a nice conversation during the entire trip and you would feel he is genuinely a good person. Thank you for the wonderful ride experience and hoping next time you will be assigned to us again! 🤗 would like to thank D&J Cars for always being so efficient, an amazing company indeed! ~ Lara M

I was looking for a taxi driver that could provide extra service as I needed my elderly parents - who only speaks Italian- to be picked up from the airport. D&J airport transfer provided an unparalleled service. My parents felt so comfortable as they could speak with the driver in their own language. The driver was keeping me updated every step of the way and made me feel they were in good hands. Thanks very much D&J ! We will be back. ~ Chiara S

Highly recommended! Safe and reliable service. Great prices, easy booking and quote system. Our driver, Gustavo, was absolutely fantastic! He picked us up promptly on time, organised where to pick us up at the O2 before our return and was a safe, friendly and reliable driver. The car was immaculate! Very clean and a smooth drive. We felt very safe with his driving and knowledge. He made our evening out an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much! ~ Miranda P
